Weight loss motivation 2020
A little about me. I am a Wife and a Mother of 2. I have always struggled with my weight before having my 2 beautiful girls. I gained a lot of weight after my second pregnancy and this was the heaviest I have ever been. Everything I tried never worked because I was never Patient with myself and if I didn’t see any results I would give up and continue with the bad habits. Lockdown taught me to be patient with myself and take everyday one day at a time. I have managed to lose 33kg (72 pounds) during lockdown and I am trying to lose more to get to my weight goal of 70kg.
